In October 2000 IAHM published the first issue of its official journal, only in English, entitled “Journal of Humanitarian Medicine”.

The Journal publishes papers written by authors from all over the world dealing with aspects of humanitarian medicine. In the Journal readers can find Book Reviews discussing the main publications in the sector of international humanitarian assistance, while the Journal’s closing pages incorporate articles coming directly from the World Health Organization.

The Journal is issued quarterly and is sent free of charge to IAHM members and to all those who so request.
